What is the delivery time for the products?

All our products are usually delivered between 5-7 business days.

Do you deliver Pan India?

Yes, we deliver everywhere in India.

What if there is an issue with the size or quality of the products?

On the rare occasion that the fit or quality of the products in the box doesn’t flatter you, lucky for you, we would be happy to exchange the item. If there is a sizing issue, we will send you another piece with the size you need.

What if my order gets delayed?

We do our best to deliver all orders within the expected delivery date. However, sometimes, it might take us longer than expected to deliver your product. In the event that your delivery date has passed and you still haven’t received your order, please email us at info@thearchclub.in with your tracking number, so we can assist you with the same.

When can I raise an Exchange request?

We will accept a return within 7 days of receiving the order. However, email our customer service executives within 48 hours of receiving your order at info@thearchclub.in. They will assist in your exchange process.

Can I get a Refund?

We at The Arch Club, do not provide you with a refund. On the rare occasion that the fit or quality of the products in the box doesn’t flatter you, lucky for you, we would be happy to exchange the item. If you have any concerns related to the order please write to us at info@thearchclub.in and our customer care team will help you out at the earliest.

ABOUT COVID-19 SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

COVID-19 has changed our lives in many ways, quickly. We hope that by sharing our efforts to keep our customers, our employees, and our products safe it will create a small sense of comfort and relief in an unimaginable time.

We are following the guidance of global health experts at the World Health Organization (WHO) on preventing the spread of COVID-19 virus. Our offices are operating and our teams are working hybrid to help support social distancing.

Right now, our deliveries are continuing to ship as normal and we have implemented extra precautions for our warehouse team to keep them safe during this time. Some of the efforts include:Ensuring any teammate who is not feeling well or exhibiting symptoms to stay home. Reconfiguring and placing visual markings throughout the warehouse to support 6ft social distancing at all times.

- Proper sanitisation of all our products and boxes.

- Frequent cleanings and regular disinfecting of all common areas.

- Multiple breaks for frequent hand washing and hand sanitizing.

- New products isolated for 24 hours before being included in orders.
